How is the inheritance divided among the father, mother, full brother, two full sisters, and the paternal grandmother, in the presence of full paternal uncles and full paternal cousins, and with the pregnant wife of the deceased full paternal uncle?

If the deceased's heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the only heirs are the father and mother. The father totally excludes the remaining heirs. The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, as Allah Almighty says: "And if he has siblings, then for his mother is one-sixth." What remains goes to the father by virtue of 'asabah (residual heir), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them; and whatever remains is for the closest male." The full brothers, paternal uncles, or their sons receive nothing because they are excluded by the father, nor does the grandmother, because she is also excluded by the father. The inheritance is divided into six shares: one share for the mother, and the remainder for the father.
