How is the inheritance divided among: a father, a mother, a wife, two daughters, two full brothers, one son of a full brother, and two full paternal uncles?

If the deceased left only those mentioned, then his mother gets one-sixth, and his father gets one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. His wife gets one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and his two daughters get two-thirds. This issue is subject to 'awl (proportional reduction), so the inheritance is divided into twenty-seven shares: the father and mother get four shares each, the wife gets three shares, and the two daughters get sixteen shares (eight for each). The rest of the deceased's relatives do not inherit due to the presence of the father. The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, it must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights before the division of the inheritance.
