Does a wife inherit her husband after she killed him while in a state of insanity, and her irresponsibility was proven, and the Sharia courts ruled that she owed blood money (diyya)? And does the waiver of her rights by the father under duress nullify these rights? And are her brothers entitled to deduct an amount equivalent to the mother's share from the money that the husband's family took without legitimate right?

The insane wife does not inherit from her murdered husband, nor does her deferred dower (mahr) fall due to her killing him. The husband's family is not entitled to take her private money nor the pension paid by her husband's employer. Her father may waive some of her rights to secure her release from prison if that is the only way to do so. Furthermore, her custody of her children is forfeited due to her insanity. The husband's family is not permitted to stipulate that she waive her right to the inheritance.
