Is it permissible for an employee in a government company that sells subsidized meat to citizens to buy quantities of it and in turn sell it to butcher shops for profit?

If the company gives meat to a man by virtue of his job without deceit, it is permissible for him to take it and sell it. However, if he obtains it through deceit, then it is not permissible for him, and the earning would be unlawful, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Why did he not stay in the house of his father and mother and see whether he would be given anything or not?" And as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The lawful is clear, and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters." Therefore, he must avoid doubtful matters.
