The second scenario: The phrase "consider yourself divorced" is one of the allusive expressions of divorce, so it does not take effect except with intention. If there is doubt about his intention or the occurrence of what he intended, the original ruling is that no divorce has occurred. And if he doubts whether his anger removed his awareness or not, the apparent ruling is that awareness was not removed, and divorce takes effect if he intended it and what he made it conditional upon was fulfilled.
