Washing the entire body due to excessive urination is an unnecessary burden not commanded by the Sharia. It suffices to pour water over the impure area of the body without rubbing. If you perform ghusl and the water flows over the impure area, it becomes pure. There is no need to rewash clothes unless they have been soiled by impurity that has not been washed away.
