Is it necessary to perform ghusl with water only, or with water and soap, to purify the body from urine splatter that has fallen on it?

If impurity afflicts the body, it is sufficient for its purification to pour water over it until it is removed. There is no condition to use soap or anything else, for water alone is enough to remove the impurity.
