How can one perform ghusl (ritual bathing) after a wet dream when there is a splint on the right foot that prevents walking except on crutches and with one foot?

If you are able to wash and wipe over a splint, then you must do so, according to what Ibn Majah narrated from Ali bin Abi Talib, who said: "One of my forearms broke, so I asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he commanded me to wipe over the splints."

Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and others narrated from Jabir, who said: "It would have been sufficient for him to perform tayammum, then squeeze or tie a cloth over his wound, wipe over it, and wash the rest of his body."

If there is a splint over a wound, one should wipe over it during ablution (wudu') and ritual bathing (ghusl) after major impurity (janaba). This is sufficient, and their prayer is valid, whether they are an imam, a follower, or praying alone. If there is no splint, they should perform tayammum for that part after washing their healthy limbs. This is sufficient, and their prayer is valid, based on the Almighty Allah's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
