Muzabanah linguistically means: severe pushing. Technically, it is: selling a known quantity for an unknown quantity, or an unknown quantity for an unknown quantity. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade it.
Al-Ja'ifah: A stab wound that reaches the internal cavity, and it incurs one-third of the blood money (diyah).
Al-Arsh linguistically means: corruption. Technically, it is: the blood money for wounds and head injuries.
