What is the meaning of the the name "Balqis" and is it permissible to name a newborn with it?

The name "Balqis" was not mentioned by most Arabic lexicographers. Those who did mention it referred to her as the Queen of Sheba, who is mentioned in the Qur'an in the story of Sulaiman (peace be upon him), without specifying the meaning of her name. Al-Zubaidi, in "Taj al-Arous," stated that Al-Jawhari and the author of "Lisan al-Arab" overlooked it. It is permissible to name a child "Balqis" because the Qur'an explicitly states that its bearer embraced Islam. Historians and exegetes mentioned that she married the Prophet of Allah Sulaiman, and it is not known that she changed her name, which weakens the possibility of its meaning being repulsive.
