What is the ruling and method for a wife to return to her husband's home, and is she obligated to return to his family's home, which she dislikes?

A wife has the right to an independent, suitable, and safe dwelling. If the husband does not provide it, she has the right to refuse to return and is not considered disobedient (nashiz). However, if the dwelling is available, she is obliged to return, and if she refuses, she becomes disobedient. In the case where her return is obligatory, the costs of her return are her responsibility if she is able to bear them. She is not entitled to refuse to return due to an apology or promises from the husband, as his promise is not binding upon him according to the majority of jurists.
