Does "O He Whose command is between the 'Kaf' and the 'Nun'" differ from "O He Whose command is with 'Kaf' and 'Nun'"?

There is no difference between the two phrases. One should ask Allah using the supplications authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The best of these are supplications using the Greatest Name of Allah, and the supplication of Yunus, peace be upon him.
