The answer

The common saying "O He whose command is between the Kaf and the Nun" is incorrect, for the divine command is not completed except by the entirety of the word "Kun" (Be!), whereupon it comes into existence immediately, like the twinkling of an eye, as in His (Allah's) saying: (and it comes to be). Therefore, the correct thing to say is: "O He whose command is after the Kaf and the Nun" or "O He whose decreed (thing) is after the Kaf and the Nun," because what is between the Kaf and the Nun is not a command. Preachers and callers should verify the accuracy of statements before disseminating them.
