What is the wisdom behind the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) death in bed, while some sheikhs, such as Sheikh Kishk, died while prostrating?

To Allah Almighty belongs profound wisdom in the Prophet's death (peace and blessings be upon him) on his bed. Perhaps part of this wisdom is to demonstrate Allah's protection of him after the revelation of Allah's saying: "And Allah will protect you from the people." His not dying while prostrating or bowing might be to prevent people from thinking ill of those who do not die in such a state. And the death of some people while in an act of obedience is a sign of a good ending.
