The agnatic siblings (full or paternal) are excluded because there is nothing left for them, and the maternal siblings are completely excluded by the daughters. As for the husband's child from another wife, he is not an heir at all. The estate is divided into 13 shares: the husband receives 3 shares, the mother 2 shares, and the two daughters 8 shares (4 for each). Inheritance cases should be referred to the courts for investigation due to the potential existence of wills, debts, or other rights that may affect the distribution of the inheritance.
