The brothers and sisters do not inherit anything, as they are excluded by the father and the son. The inheritance is divided into 60 shares: 10 shares for the father, 15 shares for the husband, 14 shares for each son, and 7 shares for the daughter. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the courts due to the possible existence of bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
