What is the ruling of Islamic law on taking a sun photo without a head covering—with the face and hair uncovered—in order to obtain a visa to Europe for tourism purposes?

A Muslim woman must adhere to her hijab, and it is not permissible for her to uncover any part of her body except her face and hands. It is more prudent to cover them due to the spread of corruption. It is not permissible to uncover the hair for the purpose of obtaining a tourist visa. The prohibition is confirmed if the travel is to a non-Muslim country due to the ensuing trials and corruptions. Since Allah’s earth is vast, you can approach entities that do not impose violation of Sharia. Therefore, we advise against traveling to such countries.
