Would the husband be sinful if he divorced his wife with a final, irrevocable divorce due to his destructive jealousy, controlling suspicions, and disturbing dreams that made life between them a living hell, along with the deterioration of his physical and mental condition?

The questioner is advised to repent and seek forgiveness, for sins are a cause of tribulations, alienation between a person and their Lord and with people, and the complication of affairs. One must persevere in the remembrance of Allah, for by it hearts find tranquility, along with frequently reciting the supplication of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "O Allah, I am Your servant, the son of Your female servant, my forelock is in Your hand..." And one should not hasten to divorce, but rather be patient and seek treatment.
