Is divine wisdom obligatory in all our actions and the details of our lives, or is it limited to pivotal and major matters?

Everything that happens in existence occurs by Allah's divine decree (Qada') and preordainment (Qadar). Nothing is devoid of Allah's wisdom, which is befitting of its state, in both major and minor affairs. As the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Everything is by measure (qadar), even helplessness and shrewdness."
