Is it permissible to look at a female news anchor on television, especially on Al Jazeera?

Allah Almighty commanded both men and women to lower their gaze from forbidden things, as He says: (Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze). Therefore, it is not permissible to look at female presenters on any channel, due to the temptation of their adornment and uncovering. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Ali: "O Ali, do not follow a glance with another glance, for the first is for you, but the last is not for you."
