Is the Hadith "Whoever prays a Janazah in the mosque receives no reward" authentic?

Scholars have differed concerning the hadith: "Whoever prays over a funeral in the mosque, there is nothing for him (i.e., no reward or validity)." The majority of them have deemed it weak, their argument being that Salih Mawla al-Taw'amah had become senile and confused, and that Ibn Abi Dhi'b heard objectionable hadiths from him after his confusion. Therefore, this hadith does not contradict what is narrated in Sahih Muslim about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, praying over Suhayl ibn Bayda' in the mosque. As for those who authenticated it, their argument is that Ibn Abi Dhi'b heard from Salih before his confusion. The preponderant opinion is that bringing the deceased into the mosque and praying over them therein is permissible without any dislike (makruh).
