Is one partner's seizure of the majority of the agricultural land's structures considered an injustice, and what is the ruling concerning the aggressor and the wronged?

What the partner did, by seizing the larger portion of the buildings, is forbidden, and he does not own it except with the complete consent of his partner, due to the Prophet's saying: "The property of a person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent." The partner's silence out of shyness does not permit taking. Ibn Hajar al-Haytami transmitted a consensus that whoever has something taken from them out of shyness, the taker does not own it, because it is coercion by the sword of shyness. This act is an injustice, and it is advisable to be forthright with the partner to resolve the dispute.
