Is it true that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Learn certainty in Allah, for I am learning it"? And if it is true, how did the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, learn it, and how can I learn it?

The Hadith narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Learn certainty as you learn the Qur'an until you know it, for I am learning it," is weak in its chain of transmission (isnaad) and Mua'dal (missing two or more consecutive narrators). Al-Ghazali mentioned in "Ihya' Ulum al-Din" (The Revival of Religious Sciences) how to learn certainty by sitting with those who possess it (the certain ones), listening to them, and emulating them to strengthen one's certainty.
