What is the ruling on praying in dry clothes that had urine on them?

The majority of scholars hold that the drying of an impurity on a garment does not purify it; rather, it must be washed with water. Therefore, praying in impure clothes, while knowing about the impurity and being able to remove it, is not valid, because the purity of the garment is a condition for the validity of prayer.
