What is the ruling of Sharia on disputes over the deceased father's pension, which the mother registered in the name of one of her children to the exclusion of the others, knowing that Iraqi law stipulates that the pension be in the wife's name as long as the deceased has no minors?

A retirement pension is either a portion of the employee's salary deducted during their lifetime, in which case it belongs to them like their other assets if they are alive, or it becomes an inheritance to be distributed among their heirs according to their prescribed shares if they have passed away.

However, if the pension is a grant from the issuing authority, it is disbursed according to what that authority specifies, whether to the deceased's wife, children, or others.
