Is it possible to find a solution to the problem of homosexuality and the desire to penetrate men anally, knowing that it is forbidden and that one is committed to worship, and that the cause of the problem may be due to a rape incident in childhood?

The abomination of sodomy is one of the gravest sins, and its perpetrator has a perverted nature. For this reason, Islam has severe punishment for those who commit it. Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If you find anyone doing the act of the people of Lut, kill the one who does it and the one to whom it is done."

The questioner must strive to repel these thoughts and whispers from himself. If he has willingly fallen into this sin, he must hasten to sincere repentance, regret what he has done, and frequently seek forgiveness.

Understanding the harms and dangers of this abomination helps in avoiding it for anyone who is sincere in their repentance and seeks Allah's help.
