Is there repentance for someone who has committed the crime of sodomy and repeatedly sinned, and does that affect his ability to marry and practice his marital life?

Whoever commits a grave sin must hasten to sincere repentance, which involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. Allah has promised those who repent that He will accept their repentance and forgive their sins, as stated in His Glorious Words: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'"

It is also recommended after repentance to increase in good deeds, as Allah says: "Indeed, good deeds do away with evil deeds," and to accompany righteous people, and to hasten to marriage for those who are able, otherwise, they should fast. As for the health harms of this immoral act, they are many and varied, including contracting AIDS.
