Is there a sin or blood-money incurred by one who stoned the jamarāt on the twelfth day then performed the Farewell Tawaf on the thirteenth day, and by one who shaved his head before the sacrificial offering on the Day of Nahr?

First: The consideration for expediting is departing from Mina before sunset on the twelfth day.

Second: It is permissible to perform the shaving ( حلق ) before sacrificing the Hadi ( نحر الهدي ) on the Day of Sacrifice, and your Hajj is valid.
