Is it permissible or forbidden to rent out a place for a cafeteria project that offers drinks, board games, dominoes, and sports viewing, while dedicating the earnings from serving shisha to the partner without receiving any compensation from it?

It is impermissible to participate in anything that is forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." It is permissible to request that the shop's activities be limited to what is permissible. If they agree, then there is no harm in participating. But if they do not agree, then the avenues for lawful earnings are many. And whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better than it. And whoever fears Allah, He will provide for him from where he does not expect, and make his affair easy, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect," and His saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him in his affair ease," and according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "Indeed, you will never abandon anything for the sake of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, except that Allah will replace it for you with something better than it."
