Who inherits Ali, who died leaving a maternal cousin, a paternal cousin, and a paternal female cousin, and how is the inheritance divided among them?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the inheritance belongs solely to the paternal uncle's son, who takes all the wealth because he is an 'asabah (agnate heir) by himself. As for the maternal uncle's son and the paternal uncle's daughter, they are not among the heirs; rather, they are from the relatives by uterine kinship (dhawi al-arham). It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious, and it is not sufficient to rely merely on a fatwa; rather, the matter must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
