Do the paternal cousins inherit if a person dies leaving a daughter and two maternal siblings?

If he dies and leaves a daughter, two full brothers, and paternal cousins, the daughter gets half, based on Allah's saying: (And if there is only one, she will have half). The male paternal cousins get the remainder by way of 'asabah (agnatic inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative). The two full brothers get nothing because they are veiled by the daughter, as a condition for their inheritance is the absence of a rightful descendant heir. The children of the mother are veiled by a son, a son's daughter, a father, and a grandfather.
