Is money earned from renting a shop to a legal document preparer (muharrir qada’i), in which a female worker who does not adhere to the Shar’i hijab works, and sometimes secludes herself with another male worker, halal or haram?

If the purpose of renting is permissible, there is no harm in benefiting from the money earned thereby. The Sharia prohibitions committed by the tenant do not affect the rental contract, and the tenant's sin is upon himself. However, he must be advised to cease the evil, and this is a duty upon every Muslim, whether the owner of the house or otherwise. The landlord is not permitted to evict the tenant for this reason, nor is it considered an excuse to terminate the contract, by agreement of the four Imams.
