What is the ruling on purchasing a car in installments through a Murabaha contract from the Orphan Fund Development Foundation in Jordan due to urgent need?

Murabaha sale is permissible if it adheres to the Sharia-compliant conditions. The most important of these conditions are: the seller must own the commodity and it must enter into his possession and responsibility before the sale; the number and amount of installments must be specified in the case of deferred payment; and the price must not be increased, nor penalties imposed for late payment. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has permitted Murabaha for the one who commands the purchase if the commodity enters into the ownership of the commanded party and the Sharia-compliant possession has occurred, and the commanded party bears the responsibility for damage or defect. The Academy also permitted the binding promise for the promisor, both religiously and legally, in certain cases, and mutual promising between two parties provided that one or both of them have the option [to withdraw], otherwise it is not permissible due to its resemblance to a sale which requires the seller to own the commodity.
