What is the ruling on buying a car in installments from the Jordan Islamic Bank, which purchases it based on my request and then sells it to me, and does this fall under the prohibition of "do not sell what you do not possess"?

Murabaha does not fall under the category of a person selling what he does not own, as long as the bank does not conclude the sale with the client until after it has purchased the commodity, taken possession of it, and it has entered into its ownership. The client, before signing the contract, has the choice either to purchase the commodity or to leave it.
