Is it permissible for a son to secretly take money from his father, for whom he works, knowing that his father gives him a meager wage that is insufficient for his family's needs, while he gives the rest of his siblings the same wage, and they are aware that they are secretly taking money?

It is not permissible for an employee to steal from his employer's money under the pretext of a low salary, even if the employee is the employer's son. This is because theft is forbidden by Islamic law and is one of the major sins. Severe warnings and punishments have been mentioned regarding it, as in the words of Allah Almighty: "And the thief, male or female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they earned as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise." (Al-Ma'idah/38), and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "May Allah curse the thief who steals an egg and has his hand cut off, and steals a rope and has his hand cut off."

This act is also considered a betrayal of trust, which is one of the major sins. The son must advise his brothers and clarify the impermissibility of their actions and the obligation to return the stolen money to their father, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever has wronged his brother concerning property or honor should beg him to forgive him before the Day of Resurrection, when there will be no Dinar or Dirham [to settle accounts]."

The son is advised to agree with his father on a suitable salary, or to seek another job if an agreement cannot be reached. Contentment with a small salary and avoiding unlawful money, seeking to honor one's father, is considered an act of kindness.
