What is the ruling concerning someone who reads with difficulty and cannot write, who prays and reads from the Mushaf, but is unable to recite according to the rules of Tajwid, and finds no time to learn; should he suffice with what he has memorized of the Qur'an or should he continue to read from the Mushaf?

If someone makes many mistakes (لحن) while reciting the Quran and is capable of learning, then they must stop reciting what they do not master until they learn it, and suffice with reciting what they do master. However, if their tongue is incapable of learning, and most of what they recite is correct, then some scholars have permitted them to recite.
