What is the ruling if the mother's oath conflicts with the father's oath, and is it obligatory to fulfill the mother's oath or the father's?

Obeying and honoring one's parents is obligatory. When honoring the father conflicts with honoring the mother, the mother is given precedence in honoring according to the majority, and this is what the consensus has affirmed. This is because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the mother three times the honor due to the father, owing to the difficulties of pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. If one of them commands obedience and the other commands disobedience, then obedience is due to the one who commands obedience, while accompanying the other with kindness. However, if their rightful claims conflict in a matter that is not sinful, then the mother is given precedence in honoring.
