Is it permissible to slaughter the hady outside the Haram and distribute it to the poor of the pilgrim's country, and what is the ruling on the Hajj if one does that, and what are the proofs from the Quran and Sunnah for the obligation of slaughtering the hady only within the boundaries of the Haram?

The sacrifices obligatory for a pilgrim vary depending on their type. These include the hady of Tamattu' and Qiran, the hady for neglecting an obligation, the hady for committing a prohibited act, the hady for being prevented from completing the pilgrimage (ihsar), and the hady as recompense for hunting. Some of these sacrificial animals must be slaughtered within the Sacred Precinct (Haram al-Makki) and their meat distributed among its poor, while for other types, slaughter and distribution outside the Haram are permissible. The reason for slaughtering within the Haram is to follow what is mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah, because the hady is among the rituals of Hajj connected to Mecca, and to provide for the needy of the Haram.
