Is it permissible to slaughter the Hady of Tamattu' outside the Haram?

The obligatory sacrifice (hady) for Tamattu' Hajj must be slaughtered within the boundaries of the Haram, based on the verse: (ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ) "Then their place of sacrifice is the Ancient House," and due to the action of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and because the hady is a ritual that must be performed within the Haram. Whoever slaughters outside the Haram has not fulfilled the requirement and must repeat it. The four Imams agreed on the obligation of slaughtering within the Haram. If it is slaughtered outside the Haram (in the حل) and then brought into the Haram, if it has changed (deteriorated), it is not valid. If it has not changed, there are two views: it is not valid because the slaughter must take place within the Haram, and it is valid because the intention is the meat, and it has reached its destination. However, the more cautious approach is to deem it invalid.
