Does the slanderer take on the transgressions of the one he slandered, even if these transgressions are related to adultery and sodomy?

If someone wrongs a Muslim by slandering their honor or otherwise, through backbiting, and does not seek their forgiveness, the wronged person will take retribution from them on the Day of Resurrection by taking from the wrongdoer's good deeds proportionate to the injustice. Or, if the wrongdoer has no good deeds, or if their good deeds are insufficient, the sins of the wronged person will be loaded upon the wrongdoer. Retribution will be only to the extent of the injustice, for Allah is a Just Judge who does not wrong even an atom's weight.
