What is the ruling on adding the word "Ta'ala" (the Exalted) to the name of Allah in His saying (And Allah is the One whose help is sought)?

There is no harm in using the phrase "صدق الله العظيم" (Allah, the Most High, has spoken the truth) after completing the recitation of the Holy Quran, as long as the reciter does not deliberately alter a Quranic verse. The permissibility of this phrase is indicated by its narration from some of the early generations (Salaf), and it was mentioned by Imam Al-Shafi'i, Al-Ghazali, Ibn Hajar, and other scholars, and none of them condemned its use.
