What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Kneel on your knees and supplicate, saying, 'O Lord, O Lord'"?

The hadith is weak. It was narrated by al-Tabarani in al-Awsat, Abu Awanah, and al-Baghawi from Kharijah ibn Sa'd, from his father, from his grandfather. There is a discrepancy in its chain of narration, and 'Amir ibn Kharijah was deemed weak by al-Dhahabi and others. Al-Bukhari said: "There is doubt in its chain of narration," and al-Albani said: "It is very weak."
