What is the ruling on forming the intention of ihram on the plane when passing the miqat, and delaying ghusl and wearing the ihram garments until Jeddah?

If you are coming for Umrah from Tunisia or the Maghreb countries, your Miqat is Rabigh. You must enter into the state of Ihram from there when you are parallel to it, by intending to perform the rituals, removing sewn clothing, and wearing the Ihram garments. Entering into Ihram from the Miqat is one of the obligations of Hajj and Umrah. Whoever enters into Ihram before the Miqat, their Ihram is valid, and they must avoid the prohibitions of Ihram. As for whoever deliberately bypasses the Miqat without entering into Ihram, they have committed a prohibited act and owe a fidyah: sacrificing a sheep or a camel in the Haram to be distributed to its poor, or feeding six needy persons, or fasting three days.
