Is the phrase, "This is your last day under my responsibility," considered a divorce?

A husband's statement to his wife, "This is your last day under my responsibility," is a كناية (allusion or indirect pronouncement) of divorce. If he intended divorce by it, then divorce occurs; otherwise, it does not. If evidence indicates that he did not intend it, then nothing is binding upon him. If divorce does occur and the husband has not yet issued three divorces, he may reconcile with his wife before the expiry of her 'iddah (waiting period). It is obligatory for both spouses to live together amicably.
