Is it permissible for the bride to wear clothes that reveal her arms and head while sitting with women at her wedding reception in the mosque?

A wedding celebration should not be held in a mosque, because mosques were built for remembrance (dhikr) and prayer, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Mosques were built for what they were built for." Furthermore, such an event may be accompanied by raised voices, and some women may be menstruating, or bring children who have not reached the age of discernment.
