Are the following Hadiths authentic: "A man's voluntary prayer where people do not see him is equivalent to twenty-five of his prayers in the sight of people," and "The virtue of a man's prayer in his home over his prayer where people see him is like the virtue of a fard (obligatory) prayer over a voluntary one"?

The first Hadith (definition) of Suhaib was narrated by Abu Ya'la, and it contains an unnamed narrator. As for the second Hadith: "The superiority of a man's prayer in his house over his prayer where people see him is like the superiority of the obligatory prayer over the supererogatory one," it was narrated by Al-Tabarani, and it includes Muhammad ibn Mus'ab Al-Qarqasani, who is considered weak by some but was authenticated by Ahmad. Al-Albani graded this Hadith as Hasan (definition) (good). Both Hadiths are in the chapter of virtuous deeds, and their weakness is minor, so there is no harm in narrating them.
