- Is it permissible to give money earned from negligence at work to an unemployed brother, in order to get rid of it? - Does supplication on ordinary days change destiny and lift affliction, even if the supplication of Laylat al-Qadr was missed? - Is it permissible to supplicate not to be rejected for marriage due to age?

It is permissible to give money to an unemployed brother if he is poor and cannot meet his needs, just like other poor people.

Someone who cannot afford the costs of marriage is considered poor, and it is permissible for him to take from zakat funds an amount that enables him to marry.

Supplication is beneficial at any time, and destiny can be averted by it at any moment, as indicated by the general meaning of His (Allah's) saying: "And your Lord said: 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you,'" and His (Allah's) saying: "And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then [answer them], 'Indeed, I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me'," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Nothing averts destiny except supplication."

There is no harm in supplicating with the wording: "O Allah, replace my anxiety with tranquility, my worry with relief, my displeasure with contentment, my fear with reassurance, and my weakness with strength."
