Is there a sin upon an employee who prints statements with the names of seconded employees who do not show up for work, knowing that his work is limited to printing only and he has no involvement in the matter?

There is no objection to the work mentioned, and there is no need to inquire about the circumstances of the person who ordered you to print; even if he is mistaken, there is no sin upon you. However, as for what you know with certainty to be cheating and forgery, it is not permissible to print it, because that would be consenting to forgery and affirming it, and cooperating in prohibited sin, due to the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate not in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty" (Al-Ma'idah: 2). If you engage in such work, a portion of your salary will be unlawful to that extent.
