If pure water falls on the bathroom floor, does it become impure, and if it touches clothes, does it make them impure, and how are they purified?

Pure water that falls on the bathroom floor does not become impure, and there is no need to wash clothes if they are splashed by it, provided that the impurity is not غالبة (dominant) and clearly noticeable. This is as stated by Imam Malik in Al-Mudawwanah, where he permitted the mud from rain mixed with impurities if it splashed on clothes or the body. However, Khalil stipulated that the impurity should not be dominant over the water; otherwise, washing would be obligatory. Furthermore, the fact that there is no need to wash the feet after placing them in the bathroom water indicates its purity.
