Have all the clothes and surfaces of the house that were touched by the water falling from the laundry, which had a very small and non-viscous amount of feces on it, become impure?
Scholars differed concerning the ruling on washing machine water if it did not change due to impurity and was less than two qullatayn. The Malikis held that it is pure unless it changes due to impurity. The majority of scholars, however, held that it becomes impure, and this is the more preponderant opinion, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "When water reaches two qullatayn, it does not carry impurity." The two qullatayn are estimated at five hundred Iraqi ratl, which is approximately 191.25 kilograms. Accordingly, if the washing machine water is less than two qullatayn and becomes impure by coming into contact with impurity, then the clothes washed in it become impure, and everything that becomes wet from it also becomes impure, such as your son's foot and whatever it touched.
